Ricardo installed a Mitsubishi cold climate heat pump for our home. He worked with us to get the system that fit our existing home the best (we replaced a ducted forced air gas furnace). I received quotes from several other local companies, but they were all trying to sell me other products and they never really bothered to follow up or respond to questions with the systems they proposed. The Elite HVAC bid came in well below others.
