Fill out our contact form and give us some details of what you’re looking to have done to your home. Feel free to attach some pictures so we can better understand what you’re dealing with.
Within 24 hours, we’ll call you for a phone consultation. Here we’ll be able to talk more about what you’re looking for and how we can help. We’ll even dive into the timeline and budget for your project. This lets us know if we’re a good fit for each other.
Once we have details of your project, we’ll come to your home to get a better picture of your space and your electrical panel. We’ll also discuss what approvals or permits are required before starting your project.
We confirm your equipment choices and location. We review the proposal and make sure everyone is on the same page. Once you accept the proposal, we will get you on our calendar to start your project.
Before we begin any work on your space, we will protect any areas we will not be working on, so you can rest assured knowing your belongings are safe while we are working.
We start installing your new system. Our team completes the inside work first so you can have your space back as quickly as possible. Then we complete the outside work. We send you photos throughout the project to keep you in the loop.
Upon completing your project, we will ensure everything is working properly. We will then walk you through the space and show you how everything works so you can dive right into using your updated space.
2 weeks after your project is complete, we will ensure everything is working properly. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions.
Your equipment will be registered with Mitsubishi upon project completion. You also benefit from our 2-year labor warranty. If something happens that is within our control and covered in the contract, we will come out and fix it free of charge.
Additionally, we are a Certified Mitsubishi Contractor and can provide you with a 12-year equipment warranty.
