We’ve created a process that walks you through what it will be like to work with us so that you can make the best decision for your home.

We’ll answer any questions you may have and help you choose the right system for your needs. We’re here to help you every step of the way, so please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Your Dream Space In 8 Easy Steps

1. FILL OUT OUR CONTACT FORM

Fill out our contact form and give us some details of what you’re looking to have done to your home. Feel free to attach some pictures so we can get a better idea of what you’re dealing with.

2. PHONE CONSULTATION

Within 24 hours, we’ll reach call you for a phone consultation. Here we’ll be able to talk more about what you’re looking for, how we can help, and we’ll even dive into timeline and budget for your project.

3. ON-SITE CONSULTATION & proposal

Once we have details of your project, we’ll come to your home to get a better picture of the space and to go over your job proposal. Together, we’ll walk through the plan for delivering you the air conditioning and heating system you’ve been longing for.

4. Schedule Project Start

Once you accept the proposal, we will get you on our calendar to start your project.

5. WE GET TO WORK

Before we begin any work on your space, we will make sure to protect any areas that we will not be working on, so you can rest assured knowing your belongings are safe while we are working. Then we will start installing your new system.

6. Complete Project & Final WALKTHROUGH

Upon completion of your project, we will make sure that everything is working properly. We will then walk you through the space and show you how everything works so you can dive right into using your updated space.

7. Manufactuer and Labor Warranty

Your equipment will be registered with Mitsibushi upon project completion. You also benefit from our 2-year labor warranty. If something happens that is within our control and covered in the contract, we will come out and fix it, free of charge.

Additionally, your compressor has an extended warranty of 7 years, and parts are covered up to 5 years.

8. 2 Year Follow Up

2 weeks after your project is complete, we will come out and make sure everything is working properly. From there, we will continue to follow up yearly for the duration of your labor warranty.

Ricardo installed a Mitsubishi cold climate heat pump for our home. He worked with us to get the system that fit our existing home the best (we replaced a ducted forced air gas furnace). I received quotes from several other local companies, but they were all trying to sell me other products and they never really bothered to follow up or respond to questions with the systems they proposed. The Elite HVAC bid came in well below others. Ricardo was super responsive and came back out several times to discuss the project to make sure we were comfortable with the install and where everything would be placed. He helped me get everything prepared for our HOA and to get our refund from Holy Cross and Walking Mountain. The communication, service and quality with his work were terrific.

Elite HVAC installed a mini-split A/C unit with two indoor units to cool two bedrooms. Ricardo proved to be very reliable and friendly, and charged less than the other HVAC company that bid on the job. He came when he said he would and installed the units very quickly in two days with minimum mess or disruption.
